Vodafone: The changes in the Mobile Contract, Card and Fixed Telephony plans for Professionals

Changes are coming in programs Vodafone Business, Mobile Card and Fixed Telephony Contract.

Σspecifically, the company VODAFONE PANAFON SA announces the following changes that will take effect from June 15 2021 :

A. From 15/06/2021, with a validity date for each subscriber on the corresponding monthly invoicing date of his connection,, the nominal price of the fixed of the following commercially and non-commercially available programs and packages is increased as follows:

• At € 3,60 in: My Business RED 1 / 1N / 2 / 2N / 2 Extra / 3 / 3N / 3 Extra / 4, My Business RED Pass 1/2/3, My Business RED + 1/2/3 (1st member).
• At € 2,88 at: My Business 1/2/2 N / 2 Old / 3 P / 3/3 N / 3 Old / 4/4 P / 4 N / 4 Old, My Business Free 1/2/3.
• At € 3,60 at: Flexible Business 90/180/300/420/540/720/960/1500 while there is no change in the monthly fixed of the additional airtime options that are compatible with all the above usage programs.
• At € 2,80 in: Basic Business, Basic Business + Fixed, New Business 90 + End 60, New Business 180 + Limit.
• At € 2,80 at: Corporate Card Program Extra Talk 1/2/3/4, New Corporate Card Program Extra Talk 1/2 / 3, Corporate Card Program Extra Surf 1/2, New Corporate Card Program Extra Surf 1/2, Corporate Card Program 350, Corporate Card Program Basic.

B. From 15/06/2021, the charge for calls to national landlines and mobiles after consuming the built-in airtime for the professional contract programs Preferential Intra-corporate 25 & Preferential Unlimited 25 the charge is formed by €0,0059/ sec in €0,0083/ sec

C. From 15/6/2021 the charge to national mobiles after the expiration of the integrated airtime is formed from 0.200 € to 0,264 € / minute, in the following corporate programs Vodafone Business Connect 1/2/4/6/8 voice channels, Vodafone One Net Office, Vodafone One Net Business , Vodafone One Net Enterprise, Vodafone One Net with 1/2/4/6/8 voice channels and Vodafone Business Connect 1 line, 2 lines, Vodafone Business Connect Flexible & Lite.

Δ. From 15/6/2021, in the programs Vodafone Business Connect 1/2/4/6/8 voice channels and Vodafone One Net Office, Vodafone One Net Business, Vodafone One Net Enterprise, Vodafone One Net with 1/2/4/6/8 voice channels, the charge to landlines in international destinations of Zone 2 is set at 0.270 € / minute and the charge to international mobiles at 0.41 € / minute. The charge for landlines in international destinations of Zone 3 at 0.28 € / minute, while the charge for international mobiles of Zone 3 at 0.450 € / minute. The charge for calls to international destinations in Zones 4, 5, 6 is set at 0.860 € / minute and 1.03 € / minute, 1.42 € / minute respectively.

E. From 15/06/2021, in Vodafone Business Connect 1 line, 2 lines and Vodafone Business Connect Flexible & Lite, the charge to landlines and mobiles for international destinations of Zone 2 is set at 0.280 € / minute and 0.450 € / minute respectively. The charge for calls to international destinations in Zones 3, 4 and 5 is set at 0.760 € / minute, 0.84 € / minute and 1.25 € / minute respectively.

F. From 15/06/2021, the nominal price of the monthly fee of the following commercially and non-commercially available internet packages increases against €1 as follows: Mobile Internet (Medium), Mobile Internet 3,5GB, Mobile Internet Small, Mobile Internet (Large), Mobile Internet Free, Extra Mobile Internet 1.2GB, Extra Mobile Internet 10GB, Extra Mobile Internet 20GB.

Ζ. From 15/06/2021, the discount for Internet for Sharing is reduced from € 5 to € 4.
Notes: 1. The minimum billing duration as well as the billing step do not change. Fixed telephony charges include VAT 24% and fixed telephony and Internet tax 5%. 2. Mobile call charges do not include a mobile charge.

The mobile tax is calculated as a percentage of the total monthly bill (before VAT: for up to 50 € 12% / 50,01-100 € 15% / 100,01 -150 € 18% / 150,01 € and over 20%) .

The above changes apply to all new but also existing professionals and private subscribers with the exception of the changes of points A and Z which are valid only after the expiration of a certain period of time of their contract. Pursuant to the above changes, the existing subscribers who are affected have the right to terminate their contract or their additional package (for points Z, F) free of charge (excluding any equipment or device subsidies), within two (2) months from the date of application of the amendments.
