COSMOTE : Announces a new modification of prices and packages Protomotor

It is announced that:

A) from 19/12/2022 to 1/1/2023 COSMOTE provides all its subscribers (home and business) free Unlimited Data for 15 days either to use them themselves, or to offer them to their loved ones. Activation of the free offer is done through the applications My COSMOTE App and What's Up App.

B) from 15/11/22 the new Free Data service at the University, offered to subscribers, is available What's Up Student Card and What's Up Student Card, free 5GB per day, every day, in public University spaces throughout Greece. Registration for the free service is done exclusively through the What's Up app. Free data is activated when subscribers enter one of the university premises where the service is available and is deactivated when they leave them, as the service works through GPS technology. The points where the service is available are indicated on the relevant map available in its application What's Up.

C) from 05/02/2023:

  • It increases by 1GB the built-in data usage in the monthly packages i) UNLIMITED CALLS for What's Up subscribers and ii) COSMOKAPTA COMBO UNLIMITED for COSMOKAPTA subscribers, without any extra charge, with the price remaining at 13,50€. The rest of the features of the packages remain as they are.
  • With each activation of the packages UNLIMITED CALLS for What's Up subscribers and COSMOKAPTA COMBO UNLIMITED for subscribers COSMOKAPTA until 30/03/23, will be rendered as an offer in addition 10GB gift for 30 days. The 10GB of the gift are available in EU/EEA roaming and are only transferable if the same offer package is activated before its expiry date. In case subscribers have data available from other packages, then the MB of the package with the closest expiry date is consumed first.
  • The minimum top-up amount for prepaid subscribers What's Up and COSMOKARTA through the MyCOSMOTE app, WHAT'S UP app, cosmote.gr, whatsup.gr is configured in 12€ and the minimum top-up amount through the stores COSMOTE, GERMANOS, as well as the rest of the retail sales points is set at 15€.
  • Decreased by €0,7440/minute to €0,5952/minute (by 20%), for COSMOTE prepaid subscribers (What's Up, COSMOKAPTA, FROG), the billing of calls & video calls within Greece to all national fixed and mobile networks, after the consumption or expiration of the available minutes of talk from packages. The charge applies to geographic and mobile numbers excluding short codes and network short codes.
  • Decreased by €0,2/MB to €0,0050/MB the data usage charge for remaining prepaid subscribers COSMOTE (What's Up, COSMOKAPTA, FROG), which do not have the free service activated COSMOTE My Internet, in case their available data volume (MB) is consumed earlier than its expiry or its duration has passed and there are no available MB from another active data package. The maximum daily charge remains at €2.

The subscribers What's Up and COSMOTE prepaid COSMOTE CARD have the right to terminate their contract within 30 days from the entry into force of the above modifications, provided that the effects of the termination occur no earlier than the day before the day of activation of the above modifications. Subscribers who will terminate their contract in accordance with the above, may request the return of their monetary balance which will be returned to them, provided that they have renewed their monetary balance by the date of publication of this notice, within thirty ( 30) days from their application.

For prepaid subscribers, a prepaid fee is deducted from the amount of the renewal 10%. Zero fee applies (0%) for natural persons between fifteen (15) and twenty-nine (29) years of age, after registering in a special application of gov.gr., for one number per beneficiary, at the first invoicing of the contracts or at the next renewal of the prepaid card.
