Cosmote: New programs for landline & Internet announced

Η  OTE SA announces the availability of programs 24-month commitment, of the following table:

(All the above amounts include VAT 24% and Fixed Telephony Subscriber Fee 5%)

The above monthly fees are included:

• Basic monthly fee telephone line with 1 Voice Channel (in all programs)
• Broadband internet access speed up to 50, up to 100 or up to 200 Mbps
• Unlimited long distance calls inside and outside the OTE network
• Built-in or unlimited talk time on national mobile phones (as indicated above)

In all programs the respective monthly fees are increased by € 6,50 for Telephone Lines with 2 voice channels.

After the expiration of the prepaid airtime, all calls to national mobiles (for those programs that have a built-in airtime) will be charged at a single price € 0,50 / min (including VAT & CST). The billing step of the calls will be the minute, while any fraction of a minute, in each call, will be calculated as an integer minute.

With the provision of each program, the Customer is committed to signing a contract of 24 months minimum stay in it. In case a fixed-term contract is terminated without good reason by the Customer, or by the Company due to the Customer's fault before the expiration of the minimum length of stay in it, then the Customer will be charged a lump sum to his Telephone Line account. which can be:

• If the termination is made within the first two months of the contract, the subscriber pays the fixed two (2) months, in addition to the fixed assets corresponding to the residence time. To this amount is added the remaining depreciation amount for any subsidy of device and / or terminal equipment and / or construction of connection to the network corresponding to the period for which no fixed is paid, ie for the remaining months, after the time of occurrence of the above results. termination, until the normal expiration of the contract minus two months.

• If the termination occurs after the 2nd month of the contract, the subscriber pays one quarter (1/4) of the sum of the monthly fixed assets for the period after the time of occurrence of the results of the above termination until the normal expiration of the fixed-term contract. To this amount is added the remaining amortization amount for any subsidy of device and / or terminal equipment and / or construction of connection to the network corresponding to the period for which no fixed is paid, ie for three quarters (3/4) of the remaining period / months , from the time of occurrence of the results of the above complaint, until the normal expiration of the contract.

All the above amounts of the release fee are calculated before VAT and Fixed Telephony Subscriber Fee 5% and in the final amount VAT 24% is applied.
