Cosmote : New professional mobile plans announced

It is announced that from 18/10/2022:
A. They are commercially available to new and existing professional contract subscribers COSMOTE, six (6) new Professional Finance Contract Programs. The main features and fees of the new plans are summarized in the table below:

* To the subscribers of the "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Advanced" program, if they have or acquire Microsoft 365 packages from COSMOTE, the Microsoft 365 Business Basic Package is provided free of charge and/or discounts on the other Microsoft 365 packages. To the subscribers of the "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate and Ultimate" programs Plus" as long as they have or acquire Microsoft 365 packages from COSMOTE, the Microsoft 365 Business Standard package is provided for free and/or discounts on other Microsoft 365 packages.

The "Data Boost" provided in the programs "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Standard", "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Value" and "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Advanced" offer, after activation, Unlimited GB for 24 hours - without consuming any existing GB of the program . Their activation and consumption takes place within Greece and when roaming within the European Union.

When roaming within the European Union, a fair use policy applies to the use of "Data Boost", which in total, together with the integrated GB of each program, is as follows: for the "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Standard" program, the limit is 47GB per month, for "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Value" the limit is 52GB per month, for "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Advanced" the limit is 62GB per month. The built-in "Data Boost" does not apply when roaming in countries outside the European Union.

In the event that a fair usage policy (FUP) is applied for consumption within the EU, then MBs beyond the limit are consumed with an additional charge of €0,00248/MB. In addition, the Unlimited MBs from the "data boost" cannot be shared with another plan or "EXTRA SIM".

1. Free airtime for international calls refers to calls to mobiles or landlines from Greece to the following countries:
   • in the Financial Programs "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Value, Advanced, Ultimate": Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Georgia, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, Czech Republic.
   • in the Financial Program "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate Plus": Australia, Georgia, Switzerland, USA, Canada, China, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Turkey. The same program offers Unlimited minutes of talk for international calls to mobiles or landlines from Greece to EU countries.
   • The integrated use of the "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate and Ultimate Plus" programs is also possible while roaming and in countries outside the EU through the integrated Travel Passes of each program. The available Travel Passes are valid in both the 2 roaming zones (zone A & B) of the service. After consumption of the integrated Travel Passes the subscriber will be charged according to the applicable price list of the Travel Pass service. The Travel Pass service can be deactivated by calling 13818 (free for corporate subscribers), either via My COSMOTE (App/Web), or via the COSMOTE - GERMANY store chain.
   • The "COSMOTE Mobile Security" service is provided free of charge, for the entire duration of the contract, in the "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Standard, Value, Advanced, Ultimate and Ultimate Plus" plans. In the "COSMOTE BUSINESS Mobile Economy" and "COSMOTE BUSINESS Cost Control Plus" plans, the service is provided free of charge for 2 months, and then at a price list charge. The service, for all the above cases, is not pre-activated in the plans but must be activated by the subscriber either by sending a free SMS to the number 1256 with the text "SECON", or via My COSMOTE (App/Web), or by calling 13818 (free for corporate subscribers). The service is deactivated either by sending a free SMS to the number 1256 with the text "SECOFF", or by calling corporate customer service at 13818 (free for corporate subscribers).
2. Subscribers to the "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Advanced, Ultimate and Ultimate Plus" programs, if they have or acquire Microsoft 365 Business Basic and/or Microsoft 365 Business Standard and/or Microsoft 365 Business Premium packages from COSMOTE, can receive a discount of up to 100% in the above packages as described below:
   1. The "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Advanced" program offers a 100% discount on Microsoft 365 Business Basic Package or 50% on Microsoft 365 Business Standard Package or 25% on Microsoft 365 Business Premium Package.
   2. "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate and Ultimate Plus" programs offer a 100% discount on Microsoft 365 Business Basic Package or 100% on Microsoft 365 Business Standard Package or 50% on Microsoft 365 Business Premium Package.
   3. For each "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Advanced, Ultimate and Ultimate Plus" Program, a Discount is provided for one Microsoft 365 Package. The Discount is provided for a maximum of five (5) Microsoft 365 Packages per VAT number, even if the Subscriber has more Programs Mobile. If the Subscriber has COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Advanced and COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate and/or COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate Plus programs, Discounts are provided first for COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate and/or COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX Ultimate Plus programs and then for COSMOTE BUSINESS programs GIGAMAX Advanced. iv. The Discounts are applied as long as Microsoft 365 Packages and mobile connections are active in the above Programs. Discounts are automatically activated two days after completing the activation of Microsoft 365 packages and/or Mobile Programs. For the period between the activation of the Discount and the date of issue of the next bill, the Discount is proportional to this period of time.

1. The Discounts will be attributed if on the invoicing date no other discounts are provided on the Microsoft 365 Packages or they do not participate in Government actions. The Subscriber will receive separate bills for the Mobile Programs and Microsoft 365 Packages, based on each Company's respective price lists, and their respective General & Special Terms apply.
2. Discounts are provided as long as the conditions of these terms are met. In the event that the Subscriber does not maintain active COSMOTE connections in the above Mobile Programs, the provision of the Discounts will also be interrupted and the applicable price list of the Microsoft 365 packages will be applied.
3. The Microsoft 365 packages are provided by the company under the name "TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION OF GREECE" and the distinctive title "OTE"

B. Commercially available to new and existing COSMOTE professional contract subscribers, the new COSMOTE Business Cost Control Plus Professional Financial Plan. The main features and fees of the new plan are summarized in the table below:

(6) The Available Monthly Consumption Amount included in the integrated use of the program has a duration of three (3) months and possible balance of money which was not consumed in the corresponding 3 months is not transferred.

Clarifications of new Contract programs & new COSMOTE BUSINESS Cost Control Plus program

• The new Professional Financial Programs COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX, COSMOTE BUSINESS Mobile Economy and COSMOTE BUSINESS Cost Control Plus are aimed at Individual Businesses, Companies and Public Bodies.
• The fixed costs of the programs include 24% VAT and Mobile Telephony Subscriber Fee. A 10% Mobile Telephony Fee (before VAT) is applied to the monthly bills issued in the contracts. A zero fee (0%) is applied for natural persons between fifteen (15) and twenty-nine (29) years of age, after registering in a special application of gov.gr., for one number per beneficiary, in the first invoicing. • The free minutes to all national networks, as well as the corresponding charges after their consumption, only concern calls (voice and video-calls) within Greece to all national fixed and mobile networks, (geographic numbers and mobile numbers), excluding calls to non-geographic numbers (except mobile numbers).
• After consuming built-in usage, national voice calls and/or video calls are billed per second, with a minimum billing time of 60 seconds.
• In the COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX and COSMOTE BUSINESS Mobile Economy contract plans, for the period of time between the activation of the connection and the date of issue of the first bill, or, in case of a change of financial plan, from the date of change until the issue of the next bill, the fixed fee charged is proportional to this time period while the entire monthly integrated use of the program is attributed. The following month's balance is charged in advance to each account. o The "COSMOTE My Internet" service is provided automatically and free of charge to all new plans.
• In the event that the subscriber does not use up their plan's built-in free monthly usage, it does not carry over to the next billing month.
• The talk minutes, messages and MB included in the integrated usage, as well as the corresponding charges after their consumption, refer to usage within Greece and when roaming in the countries of the European Union and in Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (EEA). Voice and SMS usage refers to usage to all national fixed and mobile networks (geographic and mobile numbers), excluding calls to non-geographic numbers (except mobile numbers). In addition, roaming within the EU/EEA does not consume free airtime to COSMOTE mobiles, landline or intercompany calls and any Mobile Data offers. Calls that fall under the above usage are consumed by the available airtime to all or to third networks.
• The other charges of the new economic programs "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX" and "COSMOTE BUSINESS Mobile Economy" are the same as those of the "COSMOTE Business Mobile Small" program.
• The other charges of the new economic program "COSMOTE BUSINESS Cost Control Plus" are the same as those of the "COSMOTE Business Mobile Cost Control" program.
• The use of airtime and/or video calls, as well as text messages can only be done via a mobile phone device. Use over a PBX, or any other line connected to a computer for the purpose of making a large number of voice and video calls and/or sending a large volume of simultaneous text messages is prohibited. In the event that the Subscriber makes use of an Economic Program through a PBX, or any other line connected to a computer, COSMOTE reserves the right to interrupt the provision of its services.
• The programs are provided for personal use only. Any commercial exploitation or resale of the services provided by COSMOTE through the Financial Programs to any third party, natural or legal, is expressly prohibited.

C. The commercialization of the following Professional Financial Programs ceases: "COSMOTE
BUSINESS Mobile Cost Control", "COSMOTE BUSINESS Mobile Entry", "COSMOTE BUSINESS GIGAMAX 1GBUnlimited min, 3GB-Unlimited min, 3,5GB-Unlimited min, 5GB- Unlimited min, 7GB- Unlimited min, 10GB- Unlimited min, 20GB- Unlimited min, Unlimited, Unlimited Gold'. To the existing subscribers of all the above Economic Professional Programs that are abolished, there is no change in relation to the charges and services provided to them.
