Αit is announced that from 14/06/2021 the following changes occur in all the Credit Card & COSMOTE Business Mobile Cost-Control programs for private and professional subscribers respectively.
A. The Available Monthly Consumption Amount included in the integrated use of the Card-Contract programs that is not consumed in the corresponding month will not be transferred to the next month. The change will be implemented with the first renewal of the Available Monthly Consumption Amount that will take place after 14/06/2021.
B. The Available Monthly Consumption Amount included in the integrated use of the programs COSMOTE Business Mobile Cost-Control will last for three months (3) from the date of its return to the financial program. After the above period, any remaining amount is zeroed. The change will be implemented with the first renewal of the Available Monthly Consumption Amount that will take place after 14/06/2021.
C. For all programs Contract Card & COSMOTE Business Mobile Cost-Control, any cash renewal of the balance, except for the renewal of the Available Monthly Consumption Amount, will last for two months from the date of renewal and will be a distinct balance from the Available Monthly Consumption Amount of the program. In the event of a new cash renewal within the above period, the total cash balance from the above renewals will expire at the later date resulting from the renewals.
D. In the Card Contract program, all the available cash balance of the subscribers on 14/06/2021 can be consumed until its expiration date listed in the table below:

E. In the programs COSMOTE Business Mobile Cost-Control, all available cash balance of subscribers on 14/06/2021 can be consumed until its expiration date listed in the table below:

Paragraph amounts D and E will be a separate distinct balance from the Available Monthly Consumption Amount and the amounts from the cash balance renewal.
F. For the purchase of packages can be used all the financial balance resulting from the paragraphs A, B, C, D and E. and the purchase amount of the package will be deducted in order from the category with the amount having the shortest expiration date from the purchase date of the package. Subscribers can be informed of their available cash balance either through My COSMOTE App, or with free shipping SMS to 1314 writing Minister of State, or by free calling at 1314.
The subscribers Contract Card & COSMOTE Business Mobile Cost-Control, have the right to terminate their contract without compensation within 2 months from the implementation of the changes (excluding any remaining device subsidy or terminal equipment subsidy).
