Weekly bug reporting on MIUI 12 & 13 (EEA & Global Version)
Device : All models of the company
- Problem: Unable to sign in or open instagram
- MIUI version affected : All versions
- Cause of the problem: Under investigation for the cause, possibly due to a failure to synchronize the Instagram platform with the e-mail registered to the account.
- Condition : All models cannot enter/or open Instagram. The problem suddenly appeared from the July 15 (over 200+ references).
Device : Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 9T
- Problem: Unable to connect to server at Google Play Store
- MIUI version affected : V13.0.2.0.SGCMIXM, V13.0.1.0.SJEEUXM (Global & EEA ROM)
- Cause of the problem: After upgrading many models, there was a problem that the Google Playstore could not connect to internet which was caused by double opening of playstore which triggered native google error.
- Condition : At present, the Google has fixed this issue in the new version of the app released. The relevant ROM versions for the Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 9T affected by this issue have started beta testing and will be available soon
Note : All errors listed in the above lists that remain pending will be corrected in the next MIUI update
